We will take reasonable measures to comply with the above obligations as required by the Act as a data intermediary. The User is advised to ensure its own compliance with the Act.
-In the event of any claim made against the Licensee or subscriber (if relevant) of a breach of the Act, we and our partners shall be entitled to disclose the subscriber’s transaction records for the purpose of assisting the Personal Data Protection Commission in any investigation.
We will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information. However, you should be aware that the use of the Internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the Internet.
F) Checking Your Details
If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to us or if you wish to check on the manner in which we use and process your personal data, you may do so by contacting us via the contact details in Section 12. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. This proof of identity will take the form of full details of name, mobile number and email address.
